Great location, convenient for transportation. Good restaurants and bars nearby. Comfortable traditional Japanese room. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice and hot onsen. Vending machine with affordable drinks. Free shuttle to ski slopes. minute walk to 7-Eleven

The hotel's location was very convenient, just a short walk to the bus stop and nearby restaurants. the traditional Japanese room was comfortable and cozy, perfect after a day of skiing. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to answer questions and help with luggage. the onsen was also a great amenity, a perfect way to relax sore muscles after a long day on the slopes.
The hotel was quite noisy, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was well-maintained and the facilities were great. The onsen was a highlight - it was nice and hot, providing a relaxing experience after a long day of skiing. Additionally, the location was very convenient as it was close to transportation, local restaurants, and bars. We also enjoyed the traditional Japanese room which was very comfortable.
It was all superb.

Great location, close to good restaurants and bars. Easy access to shuttle buses for the ski resorts. The traditional style rooms were cozy and comfortable with great views of the mountains.
The staff was not very friendly and didn't seem interested in helping with any questions or concerns we had during our stay. The onsen was not clean and definitely needed some attention.

Spent the Xmas holidays in a mountain lodge. In general, the setting was rustic and cozy, with charming views. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the made, to, order pancakes and freshly, brewed coffee. the place was strategically located near the ski slopes and convenience stores, too.
Some rooms are showing signs of age, and there were occasional issues with the cleaning staff. Despite the hotel's attempts to keep noise levels low, we could hear some odd and disruptive noises from time to time.
